I feel that the staff was not forthcoming about the issues with my car. Especially since I chose not to move forward with repairs based on the "inspection", and the lights have not been on in my car since I picked it up. I ended up saving $800 by not getting the repairs for a non-issue. Plus, I do not feel that a full inspection was done to equal $130! All of my initial concerns were not answered about me hearing a noise, a noise that I am still hearing! It seemed suspicious that i was not allowed to see the summary sheet, so that I could feel comforted that they did their due diligence when looking at my car, which I do not feel was done. For $130, you should have found something.
Service department did a wonderful job. I meet a young lady sales rep. and was inquiring about buy a new Acadia. We were doing fine and she told me she would be off the next day. Next day I received 2 phone calls from a other person trying to finish the deal for me to buy the Acadia. 1. I was not looking to buy when I asked about the 2019 Acadia. 2. I talked to Chris first and did not appreciate the other person calling on Wed. Questions I asked were answered but was not answered to my satifacation. I will still be buying from lavery when ready. But I want to talk to who I start with not someone else. Still very satisfied with Lavery’s as a dealer and service
