Mark provided an explanation of the 30 point inspection that I asked about. He also let me know that my oil pan gasket is starting to leak but not dripping. He provided a price to fix it. No surprises. Professional service. Very pleased.
Greg Ganni was very professional, courteous and answered all our questions. He took time to answer all our questions. The entire sales staff is always courteous and friendly. We have had the same experiences with the service department as well.

Last time my truck was in shop for an extended period of time because the proper tool could not be found. Unacceptable. This time Warranty work for alternator replacement and while testing it blew a fuse block. I already tested it at home and new it was the alternator. Dealership spent an entire day testing. Then did not have the parts. I was charged for the fuse block even though alternator was covered and was damaged while dealership tested. When I inquired I received a "robot" answer and was blown off. I have purchased 4 vehicles from Lavery and my family has purchased many more. I will be taking my business else where and maybe a new brand.
