Mechanics made un-needed comments about my vehicle to me, put that repairs were made to my vehicle on my carfax report before the repairs were made, and won’t correct the errors, not happy

arrived for my appointmenn at 1:30 to have transmission fluid changed...it wasnt completed till 3:14.....this is just tooo long to do this job...Lavery needs to get control of their employes and do a much more efficent job....i was told ahead of time this was a hour job...very unhappy !!!!!!!!

I like Lavery's and trust their workmanship, but I wish they would take 20 seconds and a shop towel and wipe the spilled oil from the engine cradle after service. It's a poor design by General Motors as the filter sits nearly horizontal on the motor and when the filter is changed the oil runs downward on everything. When I get home it leaks on the driveway and garage floor until I climb underneath there and wipe the cradle off. Otherwise, they were fine, and I'll return.

Always courteous and welcoming when I get there. I had an appointment, so they didn’t hesitate to get started. The price on my service was lower than the advertised price. The car was even washed when I got it back. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.
