Mechanics made un-needed comments about my vehicle to me, put that repairs were made to my vehicle on my carfax report before the repairs were made, and won’t correct the errors, not happy

We are disappointed to hear that your experience was not a positive one. we assure you we have done all we could with car fax, everything was correct on our end. we did follow up with Carfax and they assured us that the mistake is on their end.
