I like how the salesman didn’t try to up-sell me, moreover some of the service reps are really aggressive about that sort of thing & it makes me feel uncomfortable. A basic internet search reveals that you don’t really need most of the “Dealer recommended” services. The only thing I would complain about is that the service rep didn’t go over what GM-Recommended services were required at the time. I haven’t been keeping track of them because the dealership does typically.
We would certainly like to complement Lavery GMC and our salesman DJ for our recent Yukon purchase. DJ was outstanding! We drove here from out of state and definitely would return for a future purchase. Thanks DJ!!!
The service department at Lavery Automotive was outstanding. They were courteous, quick and thorough. I had inquired about upcoming routine maintenance for my vehicle. They provided a schedule and the cost of each recommended maintenance item. I had also inquired about some upgrades (remote start) for my vehicle and they provided pricing for this as well. I will return for all my maintenance needs.
