Lavery did a nice job fixing the transmission issue on my Buick Regal. They were not able to diagnose the problem on the first visit but we were able to get the vehicle to repeat the symptoms on the second visit. Once the problem was diagnosed (torque converter failure), they had the vehicle fixed quickly. The service consultant Tom Burdette was excellent. Very professional and polite. Great service, great technicians, great people.
1st time getting service, was a little confusing, where to enter service garage, cashier not located in the same place, and took a little longer than expected considering it was a scheduled and I was early and it was only an oil change. I didn't even realize synthetic oil was used. No big deal, just compared to other non buick dealers service approach with my other vehicles. I'll be back.
