My wife brought the vehicle in and was not very happy with her experience at laverys, normally we get a paper that shows u everything they went over tread on tires, brakes, filters, etc but none of that this time and when she went to use points for the oil change and tire rotation she was not asked nor helped in how to do that, very disappointed.

My appointment was for general servicing. My car was taken care of in a timely manner. All the employees were pleasant, respectful and communicated with updates of how the process would go. I left a book in the waiting room by mistake overnight and was glad that it was in safe hands to be picked up by me the next day. The complimentary car wash at the end is always a great bonus.

Timely diagnosis of my issue with my car however it was the third time for the same repair and they were really not willing to do much to help me with this situation. I ended up calling GM myself and took the car back to them we shall see if anything good comes of that.

This entire interaction started in July of 2023. A part was initially ordered, but no one contacted me when it came in. The part was sent back. When I called them about it in October, I was told that the part would need to be ordered again. I was finally contacted on 1/26/24, and got the part replaced on 2/1/24. There were no issues with the service.

Very disappointed. The car was supposed to be finished in a few days to a week and took 2 weeks. I asked for several items to be looked at and if they weren’t covered I would pay out of pocket. Neither was addressed or relayed back to me on what the issue was. I now have to take my car somewhere else for these items to be addressed.
