The experience was great as always! The service representative Keri was was very polite and professional! Once the technicians took my car into the shop, it was not a long wait at all. I would rather them keep it for however long they need to get the job done right! Other dealerships I've used have gone as far as not tightening down the oil filter even and "bad things" have happened after that! Keep up the good work Lavery Team!! Herman
I remember going to Lavery's for the first time. Jim greeted me with a genuine smile and a handshake and that has never changed. I wasn't considering a new vehicle, but he recommended that I lease a new Terrain. It was a great choice. I loved that Terrain and leasing is so much better than buying in my circumstance. The service team is amazing and they seek out every possible discount available to you (so does the sales team). Try to find another dealer that does that. I find that all of the professional members of the staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. This goes for sales folks as well with members of the car itself both from keeping the car in tiptop condition by changing the oil to taking out damage from scraps by people who are not very thoughtful.
