Another dealership had told me that my hybrid battery was basically dead. But when Lavery fixed my chipmunk problem, they also had that battery working again at a very affordable price. I am overjoyed and I can’t thank you enough! The service department staff were very friendly also.

I drove my car to Lavery recommended by Pierce Motors, I was informed my car would no longer start it need a control module. Then told Chevrolet no longer makes this module? But mine could be sent out for repair (10 days) Eventually told it could not be repaired. Then I purchased a used module on ebay recommended by Lavery for $195, But even after I immediately took the part to Lavery it was another week before they got my car starting total of 40 days!! Didn't even work on it for that week? Anyway after all this my odometer now reads 108,132 miles the mileage on the replaced module, when I really actually have like 42 or 44k on my vehicle. I don't understand this at all??? I would never recommend Lavery, or that Justin Saults service rep!!!!!!!!! Lee Murphy sr. Hartville,Ohio

Very disappointed that the dealership didn't follow the GM employee rules on not charging a documenting fee,and also that they didn't follow the GM Employee discount rules on the accessories, telling me I could back out of the deal if I didn't like it. It overshadowed the good things the dealership did like go to Flint to pick up the vehicle, since I have been waiting over 6 months for it,and also delivering it to me
