Made an appointment online and took an hour and thirty minutes before my vehicle was done. Was told it’s not recommended to bring vehicle in on Saturdays because the system lets too many people book an appointment. If I had another day off during the week or could leave work to bring it I would but I don’t!!!!

Took the car in on Thursday because both front tires was loosing air. Saturday had to put air in both tires one was down to 21 and the other side was down to 24 The tech got bead sealer on the Crome rims. Either the technicians are incompetent or just lazy.
Continued excellent routine service work is part of the excellent package I bought with my Buick LaCrosse. I’ve been driving Lavery cars for more than 45 years. The Service department keeps on contributing to my successful car ownership.
