Today I exchanged my 2018 equinox for a 2020 equinox. I have a very favorable report on my sales person (Craig Vicars).He was very helpful in explaining everything I needed to know about new car. He was courteous and knowable . I would recomend himhighly.
I usually get very good service. Due to a new system upgrade they couldn���t even find me - I have purchased 3 vehicles there - and used the service many times. Then I left my truck and thot it was going to be washed .... a window was down so they didn���t put it up and wash it ..... uh why?
Everything was good overall. Definitely a lack of communication between mechanic & service department and customer. Between getting the wrong part to being promised I���d get a call back by 2 people, to not communicating about my car in general. Customer service is amazing and great service. But definitely needs more organization.
I just want you to know that I only come there because of Terry. I am from Canton Ohio and we have plenty of Dealerships to choose from. Terry has taken care of my Mother through 3-4 leases and now 2 leases for my Wife. He will always receive my family���s business. I thank Lavery���s Sales staff as a whole for getting this done. This was my first time buying a car with payments and Terry made the process feel so smooth and made sure we went into a deal eyes wide open. Then 24 hours after buying our vehicle our check engine light came on. The service department worked with terry to make sure this problem got fixed quick and with ease at no cost to me. I was referred to laveries, and Terry, by my parents who have dealt with laveries for years.
