I took my car in June 11 after a 3 hour wait finally said I was leaving they were on phone waiting to get okay to fix told me part be I. Friday they world call no it is June 20 call and get told they will call Monday to set up appt then following Friday I call part still not in I called next Friday found out part cam in June 15 set a date to fix told 45 min to hour to fix 2 hours later the lady come in and said it is done they are rude and very uncaring it was awful

I told you I had extended service insurance with OX Care before you checked my 2003 Ren. Buick Transmision and service eng. light soon light. Transmision checked ok. you didn't mention the light then I was told OX won't pay for the testing sos I paid the $380. and the car rental. That night I called OX Care and discovered you did not even send it in. OX Care told we they would have paid for both the service and car rental if they had bin informed. thanks for nothing.

Had appointment for oil change and to fix my squeaky seat. My car has 5k miles in it. Seat shouldn���t squeak! Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change and they still never addressed seat issue. I was told they���d have to tear my seat apart to find issue and it would be another hour.I rescheduled. I told service person to just order me a new seat. He said it doesn���t work that way with GM. I find it ridiculous that one, 2.5 hours for oil change and maintenance and two, they have to tear my brand new car seat apart? I���ve never complained on a survey, but this last visit was not acceptable. I now have to come back and wait, who knows how long, to have my brand new seat taken apart.

Always polite and easy to get in for service. The service department does such a good job and I like that after your service they wash your vehicle. Plus can’t say enough about our salesperson Terry Christy. This dealership is a great place to buy a vehicle.
