My car was not serviced on this day, you have the wrong car and person

Quick and great service

We were told that the car was done and we were just waiting for the car to be washed. We drove to the dealership and waited for what we thought was car wash. When they brought it back it was washed. I also found the sales of extra services to be a bit to pushy for my liking.

Professional Thorough Honest

It’s sad that it took you a month to figure out what was wrong with my transmission. I told the girl at service check in that the transmission has to be hot before it doesn’t shift properly. It has to be a valve not shifting properly when you start from a stop and it only happens between 1st to second gear, the tac revs up about 700 rpm in that shift instead of shifting smoothly. I didn’t even ask for a loaner till after going on 3 weeks that you had my vehicle. Also told them that it has only 2 times in the last 2 years shifted with a slam and would throw you back in your seat. I can’t believe that my car is the only one that this has happened to in all the vehicles that you sell & service. Well thanks for finally figuring it out Rick Burton

Got my Suburban in quick and easy. Got it fixed up and back to us same day.

Everything went very smoothly. Sam and Scotty talked via phone and text with me on Monday, and by Saturday I was picking up a new lease with an affordable payment. I probably was at the dealership less than an hour which was nice. Sam helped me with my last lease and Sarah helped me with my first lease. I got to see Sarah again since she handled all the paperwork/money. It was great catching up with her. She is the sweetest. We will keep coming back to this dealership! Thank you! We love the car!

I took my truck in for and oil change and tire rotation, They didnt rotate my tires I know because I have one that loses air and its still in the same location on Truck. NO problem claiming they did it and charging me full price. Terrible business practice I will not be going back and I will be letting everyone I know, know about the Dirty Practice!! Just Shady!!!

All went well! My appointment started on time, the service manager explained questions well, and I waited in a very comfortable area until the car was finished being serviced. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

I have dealt with Lavery since the early 2000s. And I’ve always worked with Terry Christie. This is my fourth truck that I have purchased from him. He has a very calming demeanor, professional, and integrity. Far as a dealership is a hole I’ve always been treated very well customers to come first there.

High level of service Excellent communication

When scheduling service, I was told that the recall work would take 3 hours so I asked about a courtesy vehicle. It was never confirmed. Upon arrival, I was told there was a car reserved. I walked down the hill to the rental dept only to be told that I had to pay for a “courtesy” vehicle. No thanks. My vehicle sat in the bay for over an hour and was “done” with the recall work and oil change in less than an hour. An oil change in the past has been over an hour alone and my vehicle wasn’t washed. I stopped and asked and the service attendant said “oh, they were supposed to wash it”. So he couldn’t tell that it came back to the bay dirty? This less than poor service is why I quit bringing my previous vehicle for service. I won’t be back.

Every person was very kind and worked hard to get me into a car I wanted.

We were very pleased with our sales person [Tom Craig ] . When we got to the finance manager ,she was polite and i should have been more aware of what I was signing. She slipped in the Allstate paint and fabric warranty ,that was the first my wife and I heard of it . She said just sign the bottom. My mistake for not reading it first. I feel as tho if GM has 3 years 36000 mile warranty why in the world do I need Allstate for. It was already figured into the loan papers 599.00 . I feel as tho this needs to be better explained or DROPPED. I am sure she gets a kick back on selling me the warranty. I WILL BE MORE OBSERVANT THE NEXT TIME I GO TO SARCHIONES

Took my truck in for a check engine and the visit was as usual, quick and easy, with very polite employees. The cel was diagnosed and fixed within a day, and I've had no issues since.

I was told what the price might be and was delighted when it was significantly less.

I had my bucik encore service for check engine light came on service department. Located the problem, replace the part for which the car is under warranty. I was given a car to use service department was very kind and knowledgeable. And so far, the problem has been fixed

Oil change and tire rotation with $79.95 coupon. However, that price didn’t include disposal of used oil or shop rags. How can the price of changing oil not include disposal of the used oil, or standard materials? That is VERY misleading and will factor in to my future choices of where to get this type of service done.

Did not purchase vehicle at this dealership but, was treated like i just bought it yesterday. The service and attitude of the dealership was above excellent.The car was brought in the same day called and was given a ride home 25 miles 1 way. The car had an issue that the fuel tank had to be removed and it was repaired and picked up the next day. MANY thank yous to LAVERY GMC. All service performed under warranty.

My service was at 8 AM and didn’t get any communication about it being dalayed or that someone didn’t check the lock box. I also received a cancellation notice at 9:30 that my service was cancelled. After I called I was told car would be done at 12pm.

The experience was good especially the video of the work being done

When they found out at end of day after having vehicle parts were wrong they stepped up a gave a renal car

My appointment for an oil was at 2:30 pm last Friday. My truck left the staging area at 2:30 pm and was back in the staging area at 3:15 pm , pretty quick service this time . But it was parked in the area for 15 more minutes before I was contacted that my truck was done. I thought that was a little long. Oil changes are getting a little expensive. . Almost $100..00 dollars!!
